This is a no cook meal and prepares a one for now and a one to save for later feast
230grams tinned tuna or salmon or leftover chicken
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Half a garlic clove crushed
1 spring onion diced finely
1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
1 teaspoon of olive oil
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
One small avocado
Pinch of chilli flakes optional
Grilled bacon if using chicken option
Other herbs as desired,parsley,chives and maybe a tablespoon of sour cream.
In a bowl,combine the tuna or chicken,lemon juice,garlic,spring onions,paprika and olive oil.Season with salt and pepper,then use a fork to combine well.
Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone,keeping the avocado as intact as possible.Scoop out the top 1 cm of avocado and mix it with the tuna or chicken mixture,then spread this mix back into both avocados,sprinkle with chilli flakes if using.
Wrap each half in glad wrap and enjoy
