Ingredients

1 mango,peeled and pitted

1/4 cup cashews-soaked for a few hours,drained and rinsed

1 tablespoon maple syrup

Juice from 1/2 a lime

2 tablespoons coconut oil

2 tablespoons water

Directions

Blend all ingredients until very smooth,place in the fridge to firm up slightly and then add fresh fruit toppings as required
