Preheat oven to 180 degrees C

Depends on quantity of chicken used.
Melt coconut oil and add tumeric, lemon juice and paprika. Add in chopped garlic.
Place chicken in ovenproof container and pour mix over chicken.
Season with salt and pepper and bake at 180 degrees until well cooked.
Save leftover mix in the bottom of the dish and pour into crock-pot add bones and water with splash of ACV and any leftover veges for flavor. Cook on low for 12 hrs and this will make a delicious stock.
